Turbo Motor Group – Return & Refund Policy

At Turbo Motor Group, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please review the following policy carefully before completing your order.


30-Day Return Window

  • Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • Requests made after 30 days will not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

  • To qualify for a return, items must be:
  • In the same condition as received
  • Unused, unworn, and undamaged
  • Returned in the original packaging with tags
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

  • Vendor Shipping & Return Process
  • Many of our parts are shipped directly from our vendors.
  • Because each vendor has different return requirements, Turbo Motor Group will coordinate directly with the customer throughout the process.
  • Customers must first ship the part back to Turbo Motor Group at:

  • Customers are responsible for purchasing their own shipping label and ensuring the package is securely packed for return.
  • Once received, we will forward the part to the vendor for inspection and approval.
  • After the vendor confirms acceptance of the return, Turbo Motor Group will notify the customer of approval and provide the expected refund timeline.
  • Refunds are only processed after vendor approval is received.

  • How to Start a Return
  • Email scott@turbomotorgroup.com to request a return authorization.
  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  • Once authorized, customers will receive instructions on how to proceed with their return.

  • Damages & Issues
  • Inspect your order upon delivery.
  • Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • We will work with the vendor to resolve the issue promptly.

  • Non-Returnable Items
  • The following items are not eligible for return:
  • Products that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

  • Exchanges
  • The quickest way to exchange an item is to return your original product.
  • Once the return is approved and processed, you may place a new order for the replacement.

  • Refunds
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the vendor has inspected and approved the return.
  • This process typically takes 10 business days after vendor approval.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, including canceled, delayed, or returned orders.
  • Customers are responsible for paying for the return shipping label; Turbo Motor Group does not provide prepaid return labels.
  • If your order was damaged or delayed in transit, refunds may be held until the carrier completes its investigation.
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved by the vendor and you have not received your refund, please contact us at scott@turbomotorgroup.com.
