CORE RETURNS POLICY

Turbo Motor Group – Core Return Policy

Some parts sold by Turbo Motor Group require a refundable core charge. Please review the following terms carefully before completing your purchase.


Core Charges

  • A core charge will be applied at the time of purchase if your part requires it.
  • The charge is fully refundable once the core is returned and approved by the vendor.

Core Return Window

  • Customers have 15 days from the date of delivery to return their core.

  • There are no exceptions or extensions to this 15-day period, as vendors hold us to strict deadlines.

Core Return Requirements

  • Cores must be returned in acceptable condition as determined by the vendor.
  • Damaged, incomplete, or non-matching cores may result in a partial or denied refund.
  • Customers are responsible for properly packaging the core to prevent shipping damage.

Core Processing

  • Once received, Turbo Motor Group will forward the core to the vendor.
  • After vendor approval, your core charge refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days after vendor approval.

Important Notes

  • Cores received after the 15-day deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Shipping costs for returning cores are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated.
